Saf-Viet is a subsidiary of Lesaffre Group, specialize in providing high quality yeast and baking ingredients. Established in 1999, Saf-Viet is part of the collaboration of Lesaffre Group with Cat Tuong. Since then, the collaboration has been expanded to two sales offices, a local production facility and a Baking Center™ in Vietnam.
The presence of Lesaffre’s Asia Pacific headquartered in Singapore allows Saf-Viet to work closely with bakers and customers in this region. Leveraging on the group’s extensive knowledge and expertise, Lesaffre’s mission is to deliver quality and innovative baking solutions to bakers, from industrial bakeries, chain bakeries to home bakers.
